cuba-packing-list-what-to-pack-for-cuba

Happy Friday!  It is so crazy to think that this time next week I will be in Cuba!  My goal this year is to get 2 passport stamps so I will be halfway there soon.  It has been a dream of mine to go to Cuba for so long, so I can’t believe it is finally happening.  Since we won’t really have a lot of internet access and our phone and credit cards won’t work, I have been prepping for this trip like crazy!  I’m normally a last minute traveler, but that obviously won’t fly in Cuba!

When I travel, I try to bring pieces in the same color family so I can mix and match everything in my suitcase.  It really helps me pack lighter.  I also try not to spend too much, so everything above is under $100 (except the shoes).  Since it is going to be hot, I’m all about light layers and dresses that go from walking around town to dinner with a quick change of accessories.  I picked up this black off the shoulder dress from Old Navy on a whim, but love how flattering it is, especially if you add a belt to define your waist.

I’m also packing this white popover top and would love to get this cactus top.  Both will be perfect with a pair of white jeans!  Finally, I can’t forget my accessories.  They are such an easy way to add a pop of color to a basic outfit.  I’ve been wearing these earrings non-stop and will be bringing them with me and I’m debating about getting these ahead of my trip.

Last, but not least, I never leave home without this travel steamer.  It is so portable and come with a travel bag.  I even use it at home.  I will never iron again!

Have you guys had any fun travel recently or coming up?  I’d love to hear about them and maybe add some places to my list.

Thanks for reading and have a great day!
