Happy first day of Spring! The weather finally warmed up so it feels like spring again, thankfully. Apart from the pollen, I love spring because it is warm enough to be outside, but you aren’t dying from the heat and humidity yet. It also represents a chance to update your wardrobe and put those heavy sweaters away. I don’t know about you, but all I’ve wanted to look at for the past few weeks has been cute spring tops and dresses!
This J Crew striped bell sleeve top was one of my first purchases for spring. When I saw it online, I knew it would be perfect with jeans on the weekend (like above) or with white or camel pants for work. I’m all about pieces that do double duty. It also doesn’t hurt that this top is on trend with the blue and white stripes (which is practically a classic in my book) and the bell sleeves.
I’ve also rounded up a few of my favorite pieces for 5 key spring trends in the widgets below. I’ve obviously jumped on the blue and white striped shirt trend with this J Crew striped bell sleeve top. However, I’m most excited about one shoulder tops for weekends and mules for work. I finally broke down and bought these mules. I can’t wait to wear them now that it is finally warmer! Finally, how cute is this straw clutch for $35?! I might need it for my next trip. Which trend are you most looking forward to for spring?
