I hope your week is going well! When The Mint Julep Boutique reached out to me about styling one of their pieces, I was excited and a little nervous since I didn’t know if I would find anything that was “me” since I’ a little older than their target customer. Little did I know that I would actually have a hard time narrowing it down to this dress!
In addition to the beautiful coloring and detailing on this dress, the best part about this dress is that I felt amazing in it. Over the past week, I’ve had a few episodes at work and outside of work that have shaken my confidence and it was great to wear this dress out with friends for dinner and drinks. That’s not to say that I everything was instantly better and I don’t have work to do to regain my confidence in certain areas (still trying to figure that out a bit…), but sometimes it is just nice to dress up in a pretty dress, hang out with friends, and forget all of your problems for at least a night.

The silhouette of that dress and the cut out in the back are amazing. This dress is very flattering and when you paired it with the jacket and the heels which had that hint of red on the bottom it throws this entire outfit together.
