Do you ever have those moments when you just feel like you need to do a little shopping even though your closet is overflowing?  That was me this weekend.  I’m in the process of cleaning out my closet, but I just wasn’t feeling anything in it.  After a quick trip to the mall, I found a few pieces to update my wardrobe, including this black sleeveless shirt dress at J. Crew.  I think this is going to become a summer staple as it is very lightweight and breathable, which is so necessary for our hot, humid summers and can be dressed up for work with a white blazer or down for the weekend like above.  I originally wanted it in white, but the white was a little too sheer to wear without a slip.  My only complaint is that is wrinkles easily, as you can see above.  We snapped this after a few hours of running around and I’m a little wrinkled…  It never really bothers me, but drives my mom (photographer) crazy!  Anyway, I hope your week is off to a great start!
