I hope your week is going well! It has been a little bit of slow transition back from vacation, so I apologize for the lack of posts this week. I wanted to pop in with a quick post on the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2016 which started today if you are a cardholder! Some of the best items sell out during the weekly long early access period (only open to cardholders), so I encourage you to pick up anything you have your eye on!
Unfortunately, I will be restraining myself during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2016 (I have a lot of travel planned and am trying to be good…) and only picking up classic pieces that I will wear all fall/winter. I’ve included 3 tips for shopping the sale and my favorites picks from different categories below. The thee things I think I will have to get are this waterfall vest which will be a great layering pieces with jeans or a skirt, this faux leather duffle bag (Under $50!) for weekend getaways, and this blanket scarf. - Plan your strategy and figure out what you really need. This sale is really good and it is so easy to get tempted by the good deals and overspend.
- With free shipping and free returns, don’t be afraid to order something you may be on the fence with. I think we’ve all found something that looked much better in real life than online.
- If some thing is sold out in your size, don’t forget to save the item to your wishlist so you can see if anything gets returned. I got lucky on a couple of items last year!
