I can’t believe that July is already here and it is time for the Nordstrom Anniversary sale! I feel like I say this every month, but the year is flying by! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale starts on July 14th and runs for 3 weeks (1st week is for Nordstrom cardholders, credit or loyalty) and is a pre-season sale for fall and winter clothing, shoes, and accessories. If you have a Nordstrom card, I highly recommend shopping as soon as the sale goes live as some of the best things sell out before the sale opens to the general public. I was bummed that I missed out on a few items last year, but my wallet definitely wasn’t!
Quite honestly, I wasn’t a fan until last year because I always thought everything was too expensive and I just wasn’t ready to commit to fall fashion quite yet. My friends know that I’m quite the last minute person! However, there are some great deals, especially on classic items. Last year, some of my favorite purchases were this Topshop faux fur vest (here) that I wore all fall/winter, these Treasure & Bond flare jeans (here), and my Dolce Vita over the knee boots. I definitely got my money’s worth out of those purchases last year (and probably will again this year!).
I know the Nordstrom Anniversary sale catalog has been out for a few days (I’m a a little behind with all of the travels) and it is really good!! I’ve pulled together a few of my favorite items above and I had trouble narrowing it down to my favorite pieces. The collage above doesn’t even include the things I loved, but thought were way too expensive. This gray open vest is perfect for work or for weekends as is this black short sleeve top. Both are great deals at under $60 and $30, respectively. I also can’t believe the price tag on these suede over the knee boots that come in 3 colors. What a steal at under $110! If I didn’t already have my Dolce Vita boots, I would get a pair.

Great pieces….I definitely identify with your style. Nordstrom is an exceptional store to find countless pieces especially to stock up on vacation pieces!
