I hope you had a great weekend!  It was absolutely gorgeous here, so when my friends called and asked if I wanted to join them on a wine crawl through one of Atlanta’s historic neighborhoods, I jumped at the chance.  Wine + being outside on a beautiful sunny day?  It was a no brainer.  I definitely paid for it on Sunday though when I had to jam all of my errands into one day!

Since my new job is a little dressier than my old job, I’ve been slowly incorporating a few more tailored pieces like this Ann Taylor tie sleeve top and Banana Republic military skirt into my wardrobe.  This top is so versatile as you may have seen me wear it with jeans on my Instagram.  A word of warning though.  The ties on the sleeves are a little long, so it may not be the best top to wear to dinner.  I quickly realized this after dipping one of the ties into my meal at a work dinner, lol!

Anyway, apart from that, I can’t emphasize how much I love this Ann Taylor tie sleeve top.  And this Banana Republic military skirt is a crazy deal.  I think I paid $35 when I bought it in the store.   And if you get the top on sale, you can’t beat that for a great spring business casual outfit!
