Happy Friday! Even though it was really hot and humid (Red Alert!), my 10K race on July 4th went really well. My goal was to run all 6.2 miles. I only walked 4 blocks which I’m really proud of. I also managed to find a great new Italian restaurant for carb-loading (priorities!). I think the race took it out of me though because I have been exhausted all week! I’m going to keep it short today. Have a great weekend!
