I hope you had a great weekend! With wedding season around the corner, I wanted to share what I wore to my friend’s wedding in Hong Kong (or rather what I planned to wear before the rain made me switch out these shoes for a more waterproof pair…). As much as I love shopping, when it comes to weddings, I tend to have a few dresses I always reach for, rather than buying a new dress for every wedding. My dresses tend to be simple and elegant, and I let my accessories stand out. I bought this dress several months ago during an end of season sale and knew it would be perfect for some of the weddings I had coming up. The beautiful draped fabric elevates it from a basic LBD into something special. I paired it with my favorite red shoes and new Kate Spade clutch that I found at Nordstrom Rack for a perfect outfit that I was ready to dance the night away in.

First of all you look divine. The dress and shoes are gorgeous and make a huge splash. But then the earrings, clutch and bracelets take it to a whole other level. Unlike you, I usually buy/wear new dresses to weddings, for most of the time. LOL
