I hope you had a great weekend!  Mine was super low key as my cousin came to visit.  Last week was a little stressful for reasons I won’t get into here, but let’s just say it was really nice to relax and laugh with a glass of wine both nights this weekend!  I’m going on vacation this week so I’m looking forward to a little more relaxation (hopefully!).

On the fashion front, I think I’ve found my summer uniform with this J Crew blue and white stripe shirt and white ripped jeans.  I found this shirt during a retail therapy trip and was immediately sold on the poms, which is how I justified yet another stripe shirt.  I know, I know, I need another stripe shirt like I need a hole in the head as my mom would say.  But I just couldn’t resist.  With July 4th coming up on Monday, I’ve paired this J Crew blue and white stripe shirt with some patriotic accessories for a fun, but low-key red, white, and blue outfit.  I won’t be in the country on the 4th, but if I was, this is probably what I would be wearing.

On that note, I need some help from you guys!  I’m leaving for Europe on Wednesday and would love any book recommendations you guys have!  I recently finished The Nightingale (highly recommend!!) and have pre-ordered the new Emily Giffin book, but would love any recommendations you have!
